Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
all deposit are non refundable. deposits secure your appointment and will go towards your total service. if you need to reschedule, notice must be given within the required timeframe or the deposit will be forfeited
REFUND POLICY: When booking please understand all sales on services and products are final. We as artists take our work very seriously. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF YOUR COMMITMENT TO SERVICES.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you need to reschedule please go to your confirmation email or text message , and edit your appointment.if you need to cancel let me know at least 24 hours before appointment .
SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 50% OFF SERVICE(S) schedule .
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service(s) schedule.
